Patch.com reports that the new proposal from the Lightstone Group at 363-365 Bond St. (an old Toll Brothers property & part of the land used during the summer for the hipster dance party Gowanus Grove) will most likely get little input from local officials. Lightstone Group can avoid a public review (thus no local officials) if they only make ‘minor’ change to the original ‘approved’ Toll Brothers design.
