With paint Carroll Gardens resident Derek Buckner captures a bird’s eye view of Gowanus. The gritty city scrapes he observes become colorful images of beauty. His work will be on view starting this Thursday at the George Billis Gallery in an exhibit called: ”City Views”. The Wall Street Journal reports: Diving Into Gowanus
