Issue Project Room: TILT Brass (Music by Heiner Goebbels, Richard Barrett, Peter Zummo, & Chris McIntyre) - a wide range of rarely heard chamber works for brass, percussion and electronics by European and NYC-based composers, including the New York première of Herakles 2 by acclaimed German composer Heiner Goebbels.
